The 275 seat Chapel has unique features that will make any wedding memorable.  The over-sized solid beam trusses and wood plank ceilings are reminiscent of the historic missions of Europe and Spain.  The floors are a reproduction of the time-worn wood planks that are still indicative of true Spanish Colonial structures, and it is designed to create a center aisle for the Bride's grand entrance through the natural Alder doors. The prominent stain glass is unique with its mixture of glass and wood.  Inside the sanctuary a six story ceiling rises to reveal a hand carved four foot dove suspended from the ceiling.

A private entry hall directly from the Bridal Suite leads the Bride to the Chapel.  The Chapel is equipped with an audio system that easily connects to a wireless device.  

The Bridal Suite was created with the modern Bride in mind.  The Suite has a large dressing room with a 3-way mirror for the Bride to view her dress.  The Bridal Suite is perfect for taking pre-wedding pictures.  A wall of 5 vanities is arranged for the Bridal Party to use with plenty of natural lighting from the patio doors.  Finally, the suite has a secluded King size bed and large restroom for the couples' joyous wedding night.

The Dining Room and Presentation Room can be combined for an elegant reception.  You can seat up to 300 guests in these connected rooms.  The Dining Room has a warm and inviting fireplace and chandeliers creating the perfect ambiance.  The Presentation Room is equipped with a smart projector and sound system you can use for slide shows during the reception.  Our neutral colors allow for effortless decorating.  

Our Courtyard was designed to create beautiful spaces for pictures.  It is also a great place for people to mingle in between the wedding and reception while the wedding party takes pictures inside.  The landscaping and lighting provides a unique outdoor experience.  

Attached to the Dining Room patio, a 2 acre lush Bermuda lawn is prepared for your wedding  or reception. 

Impress even your pickiest guest with the meal we serve at your wedding.  Our executive chef will collaborate with you to take care of your every need (Chef Miguel is also an award winning sculptor of ice!) Simply tell us your budget, and we will give you several menu options.  Upon request, approved outside caterers may serve here as well.   To make your planning easier, we can also set up an online registration form for your overnight guests to complete.  

When you book The Way Retreat Center for your wedding, you will have exclusive access to the entire 20 acre site.  This means that you can have a place for the bridal party to sleep the night before the wedding, a place for the bride and groom to sleep after the wedding, as well as a place for wedding guests to sleep!  The facility has a total of  39 rooms available for your guests to use. So make your dream a reality, where you can hold your rehearsal dinner one night and wedding and reception the next night all at one convenient location.
