The Way Retreat Center is a consecrated space in Midland, TX — set apart for prayer, reflection, and purposeful gathering. We believe that when people step away from the noise of everyday life and into a quiet, sacred environment, God meets them there.
Our Story
A Vision for Rest & Renewal
The Way was born out of a simple conviction: that the body of Christ needs places to pause, pray, and be restored. What began as a dream to serve the local church has grown into a welcoming retreat center available to churches, ministries, and individuals throughout the Permian Basin and beyond.
We are available by appointment and are honored to host everything from weekend retreats and leadership summits to personal days of prayer and small group gatherings.

In addition to hosting retreats and events, The Way is committed to giving back to the Midland community. Each year we host events honoring local first responders, including police, fire, and EMS, as a way of saying thank you for their service. We are proud to be a place that serves not just the Church, but the broader Midland-Odessa community.
