Retreat Facilities, Chapel, and Overnight Lodging
The Way Retreat Center provides a chapel, meeting and presentation spaces, dining facilities, a courtyard and veranda, outdoor grounds, and overnight lodging — all on one Midland, Texas property. Retreat groups can combine prayer, teaching, meals, fellowship, and rest without leaving the campus.
Overnight Accommodations

The Way offers on-site overnight accommodations so retreat participants can stay for the full duration of a weekend retreat. Three lodging options are available — Casitas, West Villa, and the Hacienda.
Casitas
5 casitas available · 5 bedrooms per casita · 2 full beds per bedroom
Each casita includes 5 bedrooms with 2 full-size beds per bedroom (10 beds total per casita). Comes with a common room featuring a granite counter, coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator. Linens and one set of towels per guest are provided.

West Villa
5 bedrooms · 1 queen bed per bedroom
The West Villa includes 5 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a shared living area. Available for the full weekend — well-suited for retreat leaders, speakers, or a small group staying together.
Hacienda
5 bedrooms · Conference room, living area, kitchen & dining
The Hacienda includes a conference room, living area, kitchen, and dining area. Full Access also includes use of the bedrooms — ideal for leadership groups or hospitality accommodations.

Covered outdoor space for fellowship, receptions, and informal gatherings.
Courtyard
Open-air gathering area for reflection, group photos, and outdoor activities.

Smaller rooms for small group sessions, committee meetings, or pastoral conversations.

Dining
Retreat Meals and Hospitality
The Way provides in-house meal service for retreat groups. Options include breakfast, continental breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, refreshments, and beverages. Menu selections include Mexican, Texas barbecue, seafood, homestyle, and soup, salad, and sandwich options, along with desserts.
