The Way is a Christian retreat center open to people of all Christian faiths. Our mission is to create an environment that promotes spiritual and personal growth for individuals, families, and groups on life's journey towards Christ.

The Way Retreat Center, a non-denominational facility, provides an enchanting serene environment for Christian Spiritual Retreats, Special Events, and Weddings.

The Way Retreat Center sits on 300 acres in northeast Midland. The retreat center provides comfortable overnight accommodations with 39 bedrooms for up to 96 guests, dining facilities, a chapel, a bridal suite, a hacienda for retreats, and conference rooms. The exterior venues are designed to enable one on one conversations and settings for quiet solitary meditation.
